Choose Happiness
Let me tell you something. Life is beautiful to be honest. It all depends on how you choose to see it. Yes there is a pandemic ravishing the globe. At this point no one really knows how its going to end. All I can say is so long you wake up and you can breathe, count that as a blessing. Never take that for granted. I beg you. Worldwide there are so many things that are not pleasant and its upsetting really however, what can one do ? Currently we are all just trying to survive and stay safe during this pandemic. Now all i can say to you is despite what may be happening around the world, choose happiness. What I mean by this statement is, instead of focusing on the wrong things in life, rather focus on your inner self and your well-being. Choose to wake up and be grateful that you actually woke up. Choose to count all the blessings around you, your family and friends. Choose to see the light in your surroundings, appreciate and be happy about your condition.
As humans, we are always evolving. Believe it or not, we are not the same as we were the day before. There is constant change and adjusting taking place. To be honest as random as covid happened, that’s how life is. We have to be prepared for anything. That doesn’t mean we have to live in fear. The best thing we can do for ourselves is to enjoy each moment and keep our composure. In essence, if anything upsetting happens, do not just let your emotions take over. Take some time to step back and reflect on it. Ask yourself, “Does this really benefit me in anyway if i react like this ?” Practicing how you respond to situations helps you keep and maintain your peace.
Keeping your peace is much more valuable that what money can buy. A peaceful happy life is priceless. I am sure you can agree with me. As this year progressing, take it upon yourself to just be happy. No matter what challenges you might face, there is always something to be happy about. Focus on that and you will navigate in this life smoothly.
